The two finalists of Indian Idol, Amit Paul and Prashant Tamang will be at Nirmal
Lifestyle, Mulund on Tuesday September 11, 2007 to perform live for the first
time ever in Mumbai. The most exciting part of this performance is that the contestants whom you
have so far seen only on your television screens will be performing live
exclusively for their fans in Mumbai. They have won the hearts of people
wherever they have gone; and votes too. Here is your chance to see and hear
your favourite Indian Idol contestants in person and support them with your
votes. A golden opportunity for the fun loving Mumbaikars -- an evening of
music, singing dance and the works. Your favourite top two contestants have
reserved the best for Mumbai. They will sing their favorites songs and yours too.
All music lovers are invited to turn out in large numbers to show your
appreciation for the Indian Idol contestants who have worked hard to make it to
the final round. The competition is tough and they need all your support and votes in large
numbers. Don't forget to vote for your favourite contestant. Your favourite
contestant is all set to battle it out for the title of Indian Idol: Bharat Ki Shaan. Your
votes will help him achieve his dreams and make you proud to have played a
part in finding a golden voice.

American Idol contestants - the top 7-8 I think spend the rest of the year (idol was announced in june, IIRC) touring and giving concerts. Good money and career boost, eh?
Hope Indian idol too follows the same trend. Would be good if the top 7-8 of II3 together tour India's top 20 towns, one a week. Types.
Among the two finalists, may the better man win. I'm a little partial towards Prashant, admittedly. A uniformed guy, law enforcement employee and darjeeling ka gaurav.
Not as good as Amit in technical aspects but no less in heart, character, commitment and as a complete package.
Go for it, Prash!
Hi Prashant!! you wiil be the next indian idol, god bless you we all love your voice.
all viewers n voters lets go for prashant.
i think one should concentrate on the real reasons of being and indian Idol i.e the one with the "BETTER VOICE". Forget their personality, their background, their caste/creed, their job just focus on the one with the golden voice, because when you compare the above parameters they are at par. So when it comes to voice and clarity of diction we all ought to rout for AMIT PAUL
Hi,
Amit Paul is definetly the next Idian Idol as he is a versatile singer
Love,

The most disgraceful part of II3 has been the
Judeges and the way they have conducted
themselves. In the early stages , the clever
and intelligent among the competitors , found
out that if they sing a song which is
associated with any of the judges , they will
get more marks from that judge and this will
give them the winning edge. (2) The judges did
not feel shy in declaring openly who their most
favorite candidate was and rest is not
difficult to imagine.(3)Anu Mallick was after
Enom , like an idiot but when he realised that
he (anu Malik ) has been isolated and that he
would soon get the boot from the public , he
changed his ways.(3) Javed is behaving very
strange. The way he brought in anti -female
bias when his favorite Ankita was eliminated -
he has put everybody to shame and disgrace.
What he actually said and meant was that all
the previous female competitiors met with
unfair treatment and result because of this
anti-female bias. well Mr Javed why did u not
say this when other female candidates were
eliminated ? (4) Udit is seen so many times
correcting the pronunciation of others and in
the same sentence , one can see his defects in
pronunciation. who is going to correct him. II3
is playing with the future and confidence of
this young talented generation because II3
wants to generate money from SMS messages and
so the talent is on back seat and popularity
based on advertising is on the front seat. A
talentend candidate who is not so good in
marketing himself is loosing out. This whole
format is defective and business minded. You
are not searching the talent but like a "THUG"
making a show of searching the talent and
trying to make money from SMS messages.
Javed ,the only good thing u have done on the
show is that you did not allow Anu Malik to
speak when Ankita was eliminated. That was
great and u should have done it earlier.
The only person who really appears like a true
judge is Alisha Chenai. You don't have to do
hair splitting and write a thesis on the
mistakes or weak points of the competitiors.
You have to mention just 1-2 good or bad
points. All these judges have a long way to go
and learn a lot. and why II3 is not disclosing
the details of the SMS messages received.

Best of luck Prashant. You are a fighter and you have proved it. Amit may have a better voice and better appeal but you have a great heart. Just sing from your heart and people will vote for you to win the title.
Prashant we all are with you just relax just rock the show. You are pride of the Nepali and your performace is simply outstanding without any formal training...be confident god is with you
